Hey,
This is an interesting article. I do walk a couple of miles a day and then when I get home I workout. So I use the walk as my warm up, as the weight I wanted to lose when I started would not have happened if I didn’t work out too. But, I also use the walk as my time of reflection as working on my mind is just as important as losing weight.
What are your thoughts on using a walk as a time of reflection and thinking?
Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.
All the best,
Tom
