For example, a normal diet consists of about 2000 to 2500 calories daily. Anything over that will cause an abundance and lead to weight gain.
Conversely, eating under 2500 will cause weight loss. The point is, counting calories is boring and leaves our taste buds screaming for more. During our Insanity workout review, we aimed to count calories. However, we wound up making healthier choices instead. We tried to minimize portions and eat more throughout the day.
